During our latest passage, we rounded Land’s End and moved North to Milford Haven. It is a well situated stop on our way to Scotland. The additional reason for anchoring in this area was to meet Sara and Phil, owners of Vagrant. They ordered a new mattress for their sailboat from the Boreal boatyard. Not an easy item to send via the regular mail. So, we took it on board in Tréguier, Brittany (France), as we were crossing the English Channel and intended to stop in the area of the bay of Bristol (UK). It was a pleasure to get to know Sara and Phil over an excellent dinner in the local restaurant. Their boat, Vagrant, is a boreal 47, the sister model of Fabule. We loved compare boat features and experiences with them. This little video shows the two boats rafted side by side in Dale.
