Getting ready in Mgarr

The week started with strong easterly winds and heavy rain but now the sun is back and the winds, however light, are in the right direction. In the meantime, Yan fixed the antenna and our AIS is working again. Sooo… we are ready to set sails for Greece. We leave on Saturday morning and plan to arrive in Zakynthos 3 days later (346 nm).

Maltese Wine festival

While on Gozo, we enjoyed the Wine festival organised by the village of Santa Lucija.

In a friendly astmosphere, we tasted wines produced on the maltese islands. For instance, we liked the Girgentina from La Torre. It made us curious and we later discovered two other wines from the Meridiana wine estate: the Isis Chardonnay and the Bel Syrah.
